Founded in 2016, Zeituna began its journey in Yerevan after returning home from Syria. What started as a small, family-run café near the Cascade quickly became a place where memories, traditions, and flavors came together.
Rooted in treasured family recipes, Zeituna proudly serves Middle Eastern–Armenian cuisine, dishes that have helped generations of Armenian families preserve their identity, culture, and values through food. Every plate tells a story of heritage, resilience, and home.
As Zeituna grew, so did its community. The restaurant found a new home at Mashtots Avenue 20/8 and is now one of the largest and most beloved dining destinations in Yerevan.
In 2025, Zeituna expanded its vision with the launch of Zeituna Sweets, introducing authentic Arabic baklava crafted with the same dedication to tradition and quality.
At Zeituna, we don’t just serve food—we help families come together
